8x10 coop

The coop is at work, and I work for the federal government at a minimum security farm prison, that does no farming anymore. The coop will be trashed, or burned by the fire fighter training crew. My dilemna is, I have to through a big process to get it into my possession, this person says go ask this person, they say go ask another, and nobody can make a decision.
I will post pics, if I get it, will be bringing home on a flatbed trailer.....all the best RR

PS I would be careful going for runs at dusk, with those varmints hanging around, well unless you can outrun them. Some big cities up in Canada, have Coyotes hanging around in the city being pests....

Matilda the wild turkey lives outside, and hangs in the village nearby, Her mate was killed a few years back, they are outside even at -35f. The bald eagle was in 1 of my trees last winter, and a pic of our farm last winter, taken from the road, it was actually a very beautiful winter day.
Sorry these pics do not really belong in the thread, but figured I would share em anyway..

It took me a weekend to set my coop and pen up with six nesting boxes a auto feeder and nipple waterers, It's a 5x10 and takes care of seven City Chicks. Standing up is a big plus inside to gather eggs to clean up fill feed bins check waterers, It's just a plus. I have everything inside mine so outside it's play time, to scratch, dig, take a dust bath, etc.

Well, I hope you can get through all the red tape for the coop! And no, I probably couldn't outrun anything but so far so good, and I try not to go late.

Love the turkey! We had a huge flock of 30 or so when we first moved to our property. We think grass fires must have got them tho. I did see 3 in the area recently.

Winter looks beautiful.. but I'll stick to pictures! BRRR!

chicken steve- great accomplishment to get done so quick! our old coop was only 5ft tall, so I definitely appreciate head room! Our roosts are also removable so when it's time to redo litter I can just pop them out.

ps. I'll try to locate the pics of all those turkeys in the yard tonight.
