9 days in....3rd rotten egg

I found two rotten eggs about 4 days ago, and another one today. Being day 9. I opened the egg to find nothing but rotten liquid. Should I be worried that I am doing something wrong, or is this normal?

maybe they were cracked, and you didn't notice.....

I am not sure. I think the first one was.

If the 1st one was cracked it wouldn't develop correctly and that would be normal. Are there other eggs that are developing fine?

I'd choose 2 or 3 randomly, and bust'em open.........and go from there.

Well, do what you want.......but consider the situation. It's day 9, and something(???) flagged you that "some" were rotten. You find out they were. You've got 45 or so more that have not exploded, or just say "still look like eggs, not knowing what's inside"....... You either ignore the fact there's a suspicion that some (or worse case "all") may be bad, and keep on keepin' on...........or, you satisfy your curiosity, and check randomly for some good'uns..................your call. If it were me, I'd wanna know if "any" were good.....but again, that's me!
