9 month old chicken still not laying

I have a 9 month old blue ameraucana chicken who I don’t think has laid an egg yet. Overall she seems healthy and none of my other chickens have had issues laying. There is a possibility that she is laying and I just haven’t seen her, but I check on them every day and have never seen her sitting on eggs or anything like that. It is winter here right now, so I’m still hoping that once summer comes around and she gets more light, she may start laying. Is there anything I should be worried about? Or anything I should be doing?

As the days get longer, she’ll start laying. My late spring and summer pullets usually don’t lay till the next spring.

That particular breed is notorious for starting late, and also make sure she is a she and not a he!

I've gathered that Real Ameracaunas take a little longer to mature, if she's pure, that could add to the delay but it's most likely because it's winter. if she's an Americauna,(ee) she could lay non colored eggs so her eggs blend right into the crowd.

I am pretty certain she is a pure ameraucana, I have quite a few ameraucanas so if she is laying and I’ve just managed to miss it, egg color unfortunately wouldn’t give it away
