9 month old hen molting?

She's losing her neck feathers now, and definitely not laying. How long does it last in general? These are my first chickens so I'm not familiar

Molting takes a couple of weeks, but she may not resume laying again until daylight hours lengthen enough to trigger her back into it.

Thanks everyone! Her neck feathers are coming back in and she's laid 2 eggs this week! So hopefully she's coming through this just fine. I read to keep them calm but I was like, what? I don't read them the news or anything so they're probably fine as is. Haha
