9 Month Old Speckled Sussex Fluffed Up Not Moving Much

Just went and checked on the flock before heading to the feed store. She appears to be walking around normally and pecking at the hay. It did warm up considerably. Just went to the feed store and got layer pellets, grit, and cracked corn mealworm treats. Will let you know if anything new develops.

Oh and egg production seems to Wax and Wane with this flock. They just started laying about 2 months ago and some days I will get 6 eggs and some days I will get 2. It was my understanding that this is pretty normal in the winter. The eggs all look normal and are nice and hard. If I leave eggs in the coop they seem to put out more than next day. Almost like it's a visual cue.

I'm pretty convinced now that Shaw is cold. She's doing pretty much the same thing but she is eating and drinking. I went out to the coop this morning and their water was frozen. It was 20 last night. So I got them fresh tepid water. I also gave them more hay and Shaw promptly tried to huddle up in it. My question is, what do I do to warm her without messing with cold weather bird adaptation? I'm a little worried about using a heat lamp and then putting her back outside for her to freeze. Suggestions?
