Of course, all three australorps are crowing by now. We went to the farm store, and they actually refunded us the money we paid for the chicks. They now live at my friend's outside the city limits.

Great they refunded your money still upsetting when you spend that early time getting attached to them . It would be a lot better if you could buy hens at point of lay, so you know for certain they are females.
