9 week old call ducks molting?

I have three 9 week old call ducks. They have been raised inside at room temp. They really have JUST been getting outside in the last week and a half since the coop hadn't been built yet. The past week or so they have been dropping feathers like crazy! Any ideas? Are they somehow molting?

I would think just getting their adult feathers.

They will get several sets of new feathers as they outgrow their littler feathers, same as your mom buying you new clothes as you grow.
