9 week old chick with one eye closed.

I noticed yesterday that one if my chicks won't open one if her eyes. She seems pretty normal otherwise. I rinsed her eye out and checked for any foreign objects but everything looked normal.

Should I be worried? What should I do for her?

Watch for eye drainage or crust. Try gently opening her eye with your fingers, since crust may seal it shut. Saline is good for flushing out an eye. Plain antibiotic ointment can be applied if there is thick drainage or signs of infection. Make sure that you have good air circulation, and that your bedding is clean and dry, since ammonia odors from droppings can irritate the eyes. Chicks also tend to peck each other's eyes, so watch for that.
