9 week old sizzle chick

I have a 15th generation splash sizzle I'm trying to sex. It's hatch mate was a definite boy-with an early developing comb. This one doesn't have this but is also a very alert chick, but then acts like a pullet too. I was certain pullet but I'm feeling less sure now.

Any guesses?
