I have a few brlw. That to me looks like a Cockrel. My hens didn't have waddles like that even when they were at laying age.

As for breed. It is darker than any Blue I have seen. I do see some blue in the tail feathers but it's real dark other wise.

Never questioned sex until now at 9-10 weeks when see wattle and redness. Does this bread do this as age? Sold as pullet at 6 weeks. Also questioning coloring sold as do see blue but more dark smoky blue than usual light gray I see in most blues.

I’m going through the same thing at the moment. 9 weeks and I have two identical although one is smaller than the other. The larger one has a slightly plumper comb. Both are already turning red. Purchased as pullets. What did yours turn out to be? Thank you! Also, mine are blue laced gold and look just the same as yours. Ordered from Hoovers.
