9 wk cockerel - sneezing, no other symptoms visible

Hello everyone, I might be just paranoid, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I have a 9 wk bantam cockerel who has been sneezing since yesterday. He appears healthy otherwise, eating, drinking, no labored breathing or wheezing as far as I can tell. He even started crowing today! But he sneezed a few times immediately post-crow. He's been confined with 4 other cockerels, same age. None have any other symptoms that I've noticed. They've been in a wire cage on grass, rotated around the yard daily (chicken tractor style). It's the best I can do for them while they're here.

I have a separate cage with pullets, as well as a couple laying hens in a coop/run. None are showing any signs of illness. I also have next-door neighbors with chickens, but idk anything about them.

I am looking to rehome all 5 cockerels ASAP because I can't keep them. But if any of them are ill, I would definitely like to treat before rehoming.

Should I be concerned before rehoming? Any ideas or suggestions? Want to tell me I'm worrying over nothing? :)

Thank you!

Since your cockerel is confined with 4 others, it's possible there is a build up of shed dander/dust which could cause sneezing. Also, soiled bedding/confinement on the same dirt or cage soiled with feces/urates in feces can cause sneezing due to ammonia fumes.

Thank you for your insight. I haven't noticed any more sneezing since I posted (maybe it was just a short-lived thing?), but it is rather dusty in the area where they're being kept. I'll be sure to clean the area well today.
