Yep I've taken all paper and sponges out! Can't get the water out the channels below without really disturbing the tray?!?!?

Help I have lost 4 chick that have pipped but died. I did take them out when I removed the 5 that hatched and they were normally looking in the shell and no seen reason for death. I have one that pipped 36 hours ago. I tried to help this am bc my humidity dropped to 50 overnight and I noticed membrane had turned tan. I peeled back parted of shell and moistened membrane with q tip. It is still chirping and trying to get out. Inner membrane I believe is almost shrunk wrap to this chick I keep moistening. Half the shell is now gone an d chick is kicking trying to get out but can't what do I do?
