7 fluffy ducks so far. I dont think the 3 eggs left in the bator made it
Now just waiting to see how many of my chickens will hatch out... some are peeping and some of those are starting to zip​

I’m all about helping if needed.

I have 5 healthy chicks out of this last hatch that might well have died without assistance. Wings or feet over head, couldn’t zip.

One of those was under my hen, even.

I had a few quail i have had to help that are still going strong. I definitely agree to help when all else fails.

Thanks everyone. Was quite a bummer opening coop to see one laying there. That hatch had 6 hens and one rooster. It's always the most needed one.

Humidity will go up with each chick that hatches. You should be ok

Sponges set vertically inside small tub of water has brought it up to 65%. I can reach both trough and sponges with one tube inside incubator.

sponges make a big difference!

Oh my gosh, they are so gorgeous!
Sorry about the ones that didn’t make it.
We had a chick die, it’s belly skin was clearish.

Rooster to 5 of 7 eggs in lockdown died last night. No apparent problems. I was debating on keeping him but wasn’t planning on it being this way. Only 8 months old. My mixed birds are living much longer than the standard breeds.

Locked down the 14 that had made it this far. Kinda excited except my absolute favorite rooster died today... and I have a frizzle thats dying too. I dont know what to do. I started a thread on the disease forum if anyone knows their chicken diseases.
