Oh now, you keep your frozy, tozy egg. Thank you for the offer.
I think it's safer being you.![]()
You're dead
BTW you can have my egg if you want... just don't kill it.![]()

REMEMBER THESE?
@penny1960
Your #1 egg pod is too dark of a shell a for a good pic.
But it can be seen by the naked eye as GOOD!View attachment 1215593
@BantyChooks , well well... your #2 penguin egg thawed out and you have a lovely mass growing. A baby Banty may very well be on the way. I am setting up a brooder in my refrigerator just for your baby chick just in case. Your shell was dark too so my phone camera really won't do dark eggs any justice.View attachment 1215595
@CapricornFarm , start knitting that sweater you talked about.. Your #3 pod has some vein action going on in there... The look like Rooster veins.. lol.. just teasing!View attachment 1215597
@Rubysword , #4 has mass, veins & looks promising! We will find out soon enough.View attachment 1215599
@Auroradream26 , #5 pod is looking good. I see mass & veins. I really should have used a better camera. GOOD LUCK ON NEW YEARS DAY!View attachment 1215600
@Wickedchicken6 , I have to question yours. From one angle I like the mass and I saw some veins.View attachment 1215601 But from this angle the ring has me thinking bad.
View attachment 1215611 It is a darkish egg so I left it in the oven and I'll check in again in a few days.
DH's (STOP HATCHING CHICKENS!!!) But HE PUT ONE IN!! The Olive Mystery Egg. It has a mass but I see no veins. So it is questionable. I placed it back and will candle again. If no progress then. Sry DH.

So I am pretty confident 5 out of 7 are thriving. Of course the next candle may subtract or improve today's results.
So I candled today. After my 110 spike, i'm glad to say that there are 29 alive and moving and 2 maybes of the 45 eggs.The 3 I had on the side ofthe turner i think died because i didnt turn for a few days. I didnt want to open the bator too much after that spike. Anyways, temp has still been stable, and there's 8 days left to go! Fingers crossed!
Join right in, the more chicks the merrier!Happy Holidays everyone! I’ve been off the grid for quite a while and really need to get back in touch with the rest of the chicken world! I’ve got a few eggs incubator as a fertility test of my Wheaten Ameracauna. Too late to join the NYD HAL? They should hatch right around 12/31.
