I think it definitely is a boy but I have a roo without a comb and a hen with a bigger comb. Hens can even have streamers as well.

Well, I'm pretty certain he come from my paint hen, who has an exceptionally large comb and strange streamer looking hackles. She is definitely a hen though lol but I figure he was a little boy, from the day he hatched. He will be off to his new home this week. Worse case, "He" turns "she" and the new owner will have a cute pullet for free lol

Here is big momma, rocking that comb! Lol it is as big as my main rooster comb.

He went off to his new home. I told them, he was more than likely a cockerel. They will give me a for sure answer once it crows or lays! (Probably crow )

She definitely lays eggs and hatches chicks though lol
