I pray she never gets her hands on this child...

What a sad day. I felt so sorry for the dad, he let her go back with her mom because the mom had a job and finally was able to get a house . . .breaks my heart. There isn't anything bad enough they can do to all of them involved, and the mother should go first. I could never be a judge, or a juror on these kind of cases. I would be a hangin' one/both. I was talking to a friend today who said her daughter won't let her little girl play out in their front yard, because they live on a highly traveled country road, and it was just not safe enough in this world to let her out alone. . .we are all living in terrifying times, and if we don't start doing something with these sick people, then its going to get worse and more heinous and more common. We need to stress stranger danger, but in this case it was someone this little girl knew and knew well . . .so we need to stress familiar danger as well, and have a code word that only you and your little ones know . . .keep it a big secret and stress it to them . . .kids are smart and they understand when we make things serious. . .

i saw this on the news, it made me mad at the "mother"

and sad how such a poor innocent little girl had to go through all that.

Yes!!! God was testing you and you passed! Judgement is His. Sometimes I wish it wasn't, but in the end it is a lot less stress for us.

This is touching...

Basketball star Shaquille O'Neal offered to pay for the funeral of Shaniya Davis after seeing news of the 5-year-old's kidnapping and slaying, funeral director Corey R. Breece Sr., of Rogers and Breece Funeral Home, said.

I am glad to see someone with wealth coming forward to help that family. What a tragedy.
