A balanced flock, need suggestions!

We currently have 1 red sex link, 1 black sex link and 1 golden comet 3 day old chicks. We're wanting approx 9-10 chickens in total and are getting ready to place the order for the rest. We're thinking of the following breeds
Dominique
Easter Eggers
Barred Plymouth Rock
Rhode Island Red
Golden Laced Cochin
Wyandotte

Would these breeds get along ok and are they fairly calm chickens? Any advice, tips or suggestions are appreciated.

Well, hello!

I have three EEs and they are wonderful sweet chickens. I also have one RIR and she's the boss lady, a little more bold but sweet too. I think if you hand raise them....really make them tame birds, that's what makes the difference. Handle them alot, and talk to them.....they're like little puppies then.

If you can find some nice quality Welsummers, you can add those wonderful dark, speckled eggs to your egg carton & my Wellies are all wonderful birds, friendly & get along w/the rest.
