It's 8' x 8' x 5', sloping to 4' in the back. It should hold 20 egg layers, but may need to squezze in 24:/

I may want to put the nests up the door w/ an opening to gather eggs, or maybe under the poopboard using 5 gal buckets.

Don't forget plenty of ventilation. It gets blasted hot inside my coops and they are open air for the most part. My birds crowd in on a summer night and sit there panting with the heat. I have put fans along the fenced walls but then it rains and blows on the fans. I would hate to have a fire.
Lots of windows covered in hardware cloth to catch any breezes is the ticket. I cover them in the winter with a piece of 3/4 plywood or depending on the placement of the windows, I use the PVC roofing.

Looks great so far and I like the idea of nest boxes on the door. I hope you have someone with young knees to get down and get the eggs from the low nest boxes. I have one small coop I have to crawl into for eggs and my old knees are screaming at me every day!

It does have accessible nest boxes but the girls love to watch me tangle myself into knots getting over to the other side for their precious eggs.
