It's day 21 and my eggs were chirping yesterday. They haven't chirped at all today. Should I be worried?

Do you have pips ?

One pipped overnight, the rest are still unpipped. I'm worried they can't get out, their air cells were in pretty bad shape from shipping. But I don't want to try and help too soon and end up hurting them.

I just hatched 4 out of six lavender Ameraucanas that had horrible air cells. 2 of them were huge cells too and I was worried they couldn't get out of their eggs. 2 did die after lockdown but I was very happy the 4 made it! Good Luck

You know I find it is unwise to give any advice in this situation, especially if I am not there to witness what is going on, and even then, it is ultimately up to you.
You have to do some serious thinking on what day it is in their incubation, and given what you said about air cells, I have found that if they made to pip, then the air cells are OK enough for them to zip.
If today is day 21, give them time.
If today is day 22, then maybe you can grab 1 quickly, and see what is up with the chicks.
maybe they are too dry, and get sticky and the membrane can get rubbery.
Just have to use your gut feelings, and no one can help that is not there.
Best of luck !

The one little guy who pipped is zipping as we speak. Still no more movement in the others and no sounds that aren't coming from the little pipped guy as best I can tell.
I think once this guy has come out and dried off I may try to candle the others but these shells are so dark it's very hard to see much.
Before lockdown I thought 6 might make it, yesterday only 4 moved so my hopes dropped a little, now I have a gut feeling only this guy will make it :(
But he's a survivor to make it where everyone else died. The other eggs I had all slowly started dying with blood rings after the eggsplosion.
I think I'll name him/her Wolverine.
