Hello all,
Just wanted to say a proper hello. My name is Jon, I live in the foothills of East TN. 8 weeks ago we got our first hens, 3 Rhode Island Reds and 3 Black Jersey Giants. While they spent 8 weeks in the brood I built our first chicken tractor. We got hens because we eat a TON of eggs, and we love interacting with all animals. I spend about 90% of my time working at home. I also do a little mountain biking, I read quite a bit, and we enjoy going to the gym 4-5 days/week.
