The sartorially splendid fellow with the cup and saucer doesn't look like a chickadee to me. That looks like a white-crowned sparrow. It's spreading to other species!

I am looking at the cabella site trying to figure out what weapon is best for haunted chickadee control and if they have a special shotgun shell with garlic infused wooden shot.
