Well, oops.No Iphone.
We still haven't gotten up upright freezer yet. We crammed the deer meat from 2 bucks into the chest freezer after rearranging some stuff. I am still looking for one though. You definitely were sick if you passed up a good deal on a freezer! I hope you are feeling some better today. It would also be a good excuse to hunt up another freezer.
Speaking of I saw a good looking non-working free medium sized one listed late Thursday night. That should tell you how bad I felt Friday when I didn't even go get it
I already figured it out. lolSo in order to use the spoiler without turning your phone sideways ... see the little chain thing on the bottom row? Right next to that on the right is a thing that looks like two pictures, one superimpised over the other. And just to the right of THAT is three little dots. Tap that and you get the menu with the crossed-out eyeball. (Far right).
Well since I have eggs in the incubator now, I will probably be hatching and brooding chicks all winter. I really dread that, but I need to get a head start on the red and crele projects. I won't go overboard, but I would like to hatch at least a dozen chicks from each pen if I can. We will be butchering excess roosters and toms in the next few months. So plenty of chicken and turkey to eat at least. lolWhat are all you all chickening now days? Plans now, before fall is up, over winter, sometime before spring gets here?

That's what I was basically thinking. I would almost bet that many people over here doesn't even know that it's happening.I would suspect if the sell goes through and that farm continues to operate then the eggs will be laid in America by undocumented illegal alien chickens.
Soif the eggs should be called American or not.

Go, little chick's!Today is day 4 and I candled my eggs (I am impatient, you all know this). So far, 8 out of 14 are developing. Not too bad for young birds. 4 white leghorn eggs, 2 Buff/Reds, and 2 Crele. I snapped a few pics.

I know!! I am so happy!! Just a few short months ago, I was sick of hatching and brooding chicks.Go, little chick's!![]()
Well, as long as he makes you happy, that's all that matters.i just have to show you all Foghorn! These are my husband’s beloved White Leghorns. They are hands down the best layers on the planet. Foghorn was supposed to be a pullet, but I guess we got lucky (or unlucky?). We are happy we got an accidental rooster. The only issue is that we paid pullet price and got a cockerel, but it happens.
