Sorry everyone! Life got like life gets. Better late than never, right? We were not eaten but not for lack of trying. Apparently anything stuck on my finger is amazingly delicious. Here are the youngest monsters. The only ones who hatched. I was pretty bummed but I'm OK with it now.

Glad to see that you are ok. I just asked you over in the AZ. thread how many had hatched.

yeah those little monsters look like they could flock right over here and flocking steal my heart. and then flock away with it. insidious little monstahs!!!!! I cant wait to get a hold on my polish that are coming next week. ima have a little flocking around here........ good bye quiet nights. and clean floors.... theres gonna be shavings everywhere!!!!!!!!

I can't wait to see your new monsters! Polish chickens are hilarious. For some reason I'm now picturing Borg with big, floofy hats.

I can't get my mini monsters to live! 5 Chicks magically appeared in my incubator and of course I had to take them! Then the 6 chicks at TSC jumped in a box and that box teleported to my hand. So then I had 11! Then a hen sat on 5 more chicks but I got rid of those. Now I am down to 5. 3 roosters, 1 hen, and 1 ???. Because a nope rope broke into my coop and ate 3 pullets and a cockerel.

Wow just when I read about the nope rope, my husband told me he just stepped over one that was hiding in the crack in our ramp. I guess it is just waiting for the next batch to hatch like we are! I reached into our dog crate feeling around for fluffies last month and touched a snake instead ewww lol.

I found a nope rope today by the coop. But I don't think it knows there's eggs in there yet.
