I love Sumatra - Lakenvelder - Sptizhauben - and Hamburgs - but they seem not for the "novice" - flighty -and able to fly - how about you ?

I used to say I'd never own a silkie, but lately I've been toying with the idea.

Because of space contraints, I'll never own an lav orps.... such a pity.

We do have them in a pen since we have multiple breeds that we sell.They are the type that don't move when you go to pick them up. Most of my chickens will run if I try to " catch" them, but not these. The other ones like that are my modern games. They are like puppy dogs and like to be cuddled

I really like Asian games, like Shamos, they remind me of dinosaurs, but I don't have the space for my egg layers, and games. So, for now I'll stick with my breakfast makers.
