A BYC CHANGE OVER REALITY. All need to read.

I do want to mention one difficulty I am having.

Here I can only increase the zoom to 125%, otherwise the last 7 posts on every page are cut off.

I don't know if it will help, but try the preferences setting to "View Forums Full Width". Maybe that might allow you to zoom more.

I use RockMelt 99% of the time so I guess I'll do without the 'drop down' menus.

This place is still better than the old place.. once I figure out how to use the photos that were transferred over.

It did make replying a little wonky, so I had to uncheck Default to Full Page Editor, But with the forum narrow the regular editor fits better(not wonky). I will have to scroll sideways/pan maybe a bit above and below the forum posts, but that's an easy tradeoff.

ETA- Just noticed that it makes those gray on gray signatures readable too.

I already had tried that, but I went back to make sure it was still checked. It was. But I owe you a thank you for getting me to go look. Right under is Constrain Forum Width I checked that and it made the the right column run the whole length of the forum. Or more probably the forum narrow. So now the site is set at 200% & I can read it from the neighbor's house.

Tell your neighbor to make a pot of coffee, you'll bring the eggs...

Now that it's constant width, you can slide the whole browser window to the right (unless the browser is set for full screen mode), pushing the side bar off the screen. You'll now see your desktop on the left, but you can fill that with nice chicken pictures or something else.

BYC lines up normally on the left side of the screen, by increasing zoom to 200% it made everything large. (Mabe like the font is16 point arial)
It pushed the right column off to the right side. I can see about 1/2 inch of it. I can scroll/pan over to see it if I want.
The column didn't bother me, in fact saw a couple interesting things.

Hey there, that's odd that you are not getting DD's. I use both Chrome and RM and have verified that the DD's work correctly
