A cat raising ducklings!

It tells the story about a group of ducklings that hatch about the same time as a cat gives birth. That mama cat takes in the ducklings as her own. Not only does she take over as their mama she also NURSES THEM! I wouldn't have believed it if I wouldn't have seen video proof.

I saw this too....just amazing that kitty's hunter instincts have not cut in HOWEVER I do hope the owners have the common sense to provide proper food and water for the ducklings because ducks CANNOT nurse. They have no sucking reflex and though they may clamp on to the teats, they will not be feeding from them. Even if, by some miracle, they managed to actually feed, their bodies are not at all designed to process milk and it would make them terribly ill.
