Ralph and Holm - I want one of each of those mottled turkeys you make!!! DH would kill me though

Ralph - Ethel is hilarious, I love how she goes where she wants to and tells you what she thinks about your plans

Chaos - My DH would probably be thinking the same thing if we had wild turkeys here! I don't think we have any here on the coast - I've certainly never seen one.

Yay! That's great! I need to get new pics of the babies. The new ones are so tiny compared to the 2 week olds already. It looks like all the extras will be moving on to their new home either Wednesday or during the weekend. That will cut down on my numbers just in time for the first poults to start hatching lol

Well, of my horribly packaged Marans eggs, I ended up with 3 little babies. All of which, I had to help hatch. They're in the brooder with my 2 week olds. I need to get a picture of them for everyone later on. They're such sweet little fluffy butts. They keep wiggling their way under the wings and against the 4 week old silkie chick that's in there lol. They're priming her for future broodiness!

If you don't mind me asking where did you get your BCM eggs from?

We want pictures soon! I can't even imagine how much brooder space you must have going for all the eggs you have hatching! You're going to be up to your knees in babies....I'm jealous

So...Ralph/Holm....I got it worked out. Holm takes his tom up to Ralph's and Ralph sends Holm home with breeding pair of slates. That way Holm can work on getting his soon to be slates ready to show. Ginger just moves into the spare bedroom so he's a lapper by the time Coffee takes him!
