A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

My only comment is that the prices are listed twice, maybe that could be confusing. Or course about 30% of the responses I get from CL are to ask for the price, even if it is listed clearing in the ad, so I doubt any wording will make it clear for some people.

Yep, Even if it is in BIG BOLD NUMBERS, they still ask the price then try to chisel it down!

Yay! Keep going Ralph! You're almost caught up! I think I'm going to stop seeing eggs for a while and try to sell hatching eggs instead for the turkeys. All least until there's more demand for poults. My husband will kill me if we end up stuck with 100 of them!

Now, I have to go make a couple hen saddles. I'm donating 2 for prizes in the hatch a long....I just need to get my butt moving and make them already.

Huh....only one? Porter?

My girls are perfect ladies when it's bedtime. Yes, I'm bragging!

My girls went in perfectly too, as did MY boys..

Now Coffee's boy is a different story. All of mine were inside the pen, some on their roosts. Porter was sitting on the outside fence of the pen, outside the netting.

I walked up and put my hand on him and said. "Come one Porter, let's go to bed."

Porter got up, stood tall, looked at me and flew off the end of the pen, looked at the door, looked at me and walked away from the door, down the far outside wall.

I walked around him and forced him back towards the door. He made a balk towards the door and turned away.

Then I raised my voice and yelled at him, "get in, I am not in the mood for your games tonight."

He looked at me and walked right in the door.......stupid bird!!!

But on the good side Coffee, he let me walk right up to him and put my hands on him. He never jumped or acted afraid at that.

Yep I think he knows and is testing his limits with you now. He probably is thinking whoever this Tina is she won't let you put him in the freezer .. He thinks He is going to be Top Turkey so he better start acting like it.. Little does he know I will be in charge even if I have to make myself a feathered headband , goobleing and chase him around the yard till he figures it out

Went over to the new farm today and the barn I was going to redo for Porter and his girls I think just needs to be torn down. So till I get something else built for them I'm going to set up the corn crib it's plenty big enough for them.
