A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Bet you could train a turkey to use a harness. A lapper, like Daisy, who tolorates most things.

Aurora, babies are adorable!

Mr. T had a harness... I am gonna have to find it and get pics. The nice thing about turkeys is they can fit into toddler stuff or medium sized dog harnesses. I am sure he hates me for that stuff....

So....Holm...do you dress him in toddler cloths? I don't seem to need a harness. My girls seem to just trail behind me. They don't run off or spaz out. They just hang. When I'm gardening in the front, they check out the activity, but then get bored/lazy and end up sitting on the front porch supervising.

LOL nope. My sister and I did one day a LONG time ago but thats it. I did put him on a harness at one point cuz he disliked my aunt too much.... Silly bird... Only person he has came at. He doesnt go at them when I am around but when I am inside I saw him go at them. I must be his leader or something like that? I dont know.

I got to putting up an ad for the extra poults, and got a call within a few hours. Billings apparently doesn't have much in the way of local breeders on Craigslist like Bozeman or northern Wyoming...

Hey Rjohns....are your turkeys laying over there in eastern TN? Did you guys survive those storms ok??
One of my palms is laying about every other day... really small eggs. Got some wind and rain but mostly missed me. Lost phone for a couple days and water for an hour or so--but that was it.
