Between work and cleaning out mom's house to get ready to rent been busy.

Not much to report Turkey wise all are non broody now. 6 of the hens are Back to laying almost daily.

My luck with poults has been awful. Put 14 in outside pen have 2 left. So said I was done incubating Turkey's but have a set that should hatch at the end of the month. To replace my bad luck.

Between Deer, coons, Turkey's, chickens, and Japanese beetles. Garden is a wreck.

Maybe it's just me but the new sight has a different vibe. Just don't reply as much.

DW has an interesting question... What do you keep in your poultry first aid kit? One of her FB groups was discussing this last week I think and many have more stuff than in their human first aid kit. Just curious....

JR Thanks for being so helpful and hanging onto the rain... I'm going to try and get the trailer out tomorrow morning before the rain hits, if it hits. Been less than 50% humidity and in the hundreds all week... I still have a little surface mud on the hill, but am hoping the jeep can make it up with the trailer attached. Last time I tried, I got 80% up the hill and all four wheels started spinning in the mud.
