I've seen foamy (how did I know we'd end up discussing poop) but not often. Usually in hot weather if they've been drinking a lot.

Lol, maybe with two fans, some of the air will make it past them to you!Finnie, it's not TOO bad here in the shade, with a fan & cold beverage. Its not good with fatso blocking my fan!
It is miserable. Have two fans on the turkeys.
I see foamy cecal poop a lot. All the cecal poop forms seem extra disgusting, so I just feel like that's what is normal for cecals.Have any of you ever had seen foamy cecal poop from your turkeys?
In hot weather, I use ACV--but Greens seem to solve the problem.I've seen foamy (how did I know we'd end up discussing poop) but not often. Usually in hot weather if they've been drinking a lot.
Occasionally I see it, especially when it is hot out or they are otherwise stressed. Is foamy cecal poop normal n your flock?
I'm never ordering pouts again. Lost another one last night and one of my chocolates is failing on me now. I didn't lose this many poults my entire hatching season this year![]()

I would say that is just a normal crop filled with feed... If the bird is acting fine I would Say nothing is wrong. Crops normally bulge out like that especially after the birds have eaten a lot.I wonder if you experts know what this is. Turkey has a large sack around the breast area, doesn't seem to be causing any pain. It's very large, i can't wrap my hands around it. The sac is squishy not hard.

Edit: Could it be sour crop? Is it treatable without surgery?
