Hey Ralphie....wha5s your weather doing? Are you in line for the ice storm? Be careful up there!

We were expecting storms over night. If we had them, it didn't wake me, or the coonhound, up. Going to rain all day. Between 1-3" expected. Bummer....but grateful its rain & not our usual ice!
 
Those poults look so cute, i'm eagerly awaiting my young turkeys to mature, and start laying eggs for me to hatch, same with my guinea keets (surprisingly my flock of 4 guineas are very quiet, only the female in the group is making most of the noise, the 3 males are pretty quiet), and i have noticed something about my chickens, i have about 7 roosters (4 of them are about 8 months old), and none of them are crowing at all (their father was a quiet rooster, he didn't like crowing often), so apparently I have silent roosters in my flock (I actually like silent roosters, after having 15 roosters at once that are louder than a flock of guineas, the silence is a relief)

"CC" is good for me, or "CCFL" works too. Call me anything just not late for dinner!

It is sunny here and the temperature is all the way up to 12°F from a low of 11°F. While you were getting rained on, I got 3" of snow the night of the 27th.

Yep, colder here too, and supposed to get colder too. I figure that's what these does are waiting for to kid! Ya know, the nastier the weather the better they think!
