I finally have at least one hen laying in each pen. Some pens more than 1. I got 7 eggs today. Best so far.

But most sales/swaps are cancelled so I may hatch 1 more batch of turkeys then shut it down for awhile. Want to try and raise 25 up to adults.

Memphis - I now have 3 eggs! I think I will wait several more days, check to see if any are fertile, and then (hopefully) have enough possibles to try and hatch a few of them.

I separated the toms sometime last week - Digits is with the new red bourbon tom. Cooper (and the smallest tom) was placed in with the two hens. I know he's been working on "getting the job done".

My sister (yeah, that sister) is trying to find two more MW hens for him.

most babies are cute!!! my DD has a few geese in the incubator showing life.... and 6 american buffs that are 3 weeks old now running around in the brooder. was not my favorite thought when she decided to start geese but she is insistent on doing something we know almost nothing about... silly girl
