A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

He just got lucky. He should not expect it to happen again.

I tend to agree with you. My turkeys do not like any change to their schedule unless it’s their idea. Also the Toms spend most their lives trying to be contrary and independent from any of my wishes.

108 saddles!!! Wow! I'm just blown away with how successful they are. Congrats!!

Ralphie....my girls beat me to the coop. They are such good ladies at bedtime. Of course they all get a beak full of BOSS as they hop in. All I have to do is tell them its bedtime & off they march.

Got a call last night from my friend who took my mottled tom. She said he gobbled for the first time yesterday. I need to go visit him.

I released all of my breeding pens and let everyone back together. There's some mild squabbling amongst the roos but nothing too serious. The only eggs I'll be setting from here on out are turkey. My brooders are full and there's still a bunch of eggs in the bator so, yeah. That's enough until some start selling.

Cynthia is still broody in the chicken coop with the showgirl. She got very angry yesterday when one of the freshly released roos got too close to their nest. She went crazy on him and attacked him until he left the coop (the showgirl just ran away lol). Now that the silkies are loose, at least one has joined the broody pile with 2 more considering...

All these people stuck at home must be bored and online shopping....I sold 108 saddles this March! I really need to make time to sew or I'm going to get behind!
Its all your fault... I think I just joined etsy??? huh well put my order in anyway! :thumbsup

Haha! I didn't notice that was you till just now lol. You have a broad breasted hen?
ummm well you see I just picked up some broad breasted blacks at murdock's here about 5 mins ago.... didn't even know that they came in black. and I was looking for a pattern so we could make some:D(its ok you can tell me I am bad)

It's a platform for small businesses and individuals to sell allegedly handmade items. They have somewhat sold out to China (don't know how that's gonna progress going forward) but it's still a fairly decent place to buy things you don't want to or cannot easily make yourself and sell your handmade wares or market craft supplies (those are usually the folks making the most money it seems to me...)
