a chick has hatched but blood is dripping near its left foot

I cut away the remainder of the shell and the chick came out straight away but it was bleed heavily, I looked around it and its bleed on its foot im scared that when i was aiding it to get out of the shell i must have injured it looks at my pics please and tell me if this is normal?

If I were guessing that blood is coming from it's vent. I would put a gob of Vaseline on it, or some blood stop powder.
