StarryNight boldly stepped forth, "How do you know my name?" She asked the figure. The strange bird stopped walking and cocked her head. StarryNight nearly collapsed when she saw whose face it was, "Mother?" She asked, the hen nodded. "Starry! Oh, how I missed you! I thought I'd never have the chance to see you again!" She said before running to StarryNight and embracing her in her wings. "Mother, you know I'd never do that to you; I'd never wander that far." She replied, smiling, and fighting tears of joy. "That's my girl." SummerSky said, patting StarryNight on the back. "But, what about sis? Will she be joining us?" StarryNight asked, SummerSky shook her head. "I doubt it, she might've found love back there." She said, and StarryNight's smile faded just slightly. "Won't she miss you, too?" StarryNight wondered. "Perhaps, but she has had me most. I can't stand being there, either." SummerSky said. "That's a shame..." Grumbled StarryNight, "Come, meet all of my friends!" She added, nearly dragging her mother back to the camp. SummerSky smiled, eager to see where her daughter decided to live.
