There is unjust, there is hatred, and we can no longer feel safe. The cause for that? That was my family. We made a fatal mistake all those years ago. The others did not repent, they were not sorry for what they had done. But I was - I knew something wasn't right. The others were killed by a higher power. And I live on, in this form, for the rest of eternity. I want to be freed, but nobody has ever granted me that wish.

(I did just finish reading a story about a family that was cursed, and it was a pretty good story too.)
