Raven said to Brookchick, 'Well, so planes are out of radio contact when they're miles away from the airport?'
Brookchick looked at him like he was an idiot. 'Yeah, but they're 36 000 feet in the air...'

Raven turned back to the bird. 'Hello. have we met?'

Raven looked horrified. 'That's not nice. Are these the ones that've just invaded our camp? We've got to get them out!'

Brookchick rolled her eyes. 'Leave that to the others. We're not even apprentices yet.'

'He's not really a fighting type anyway. He has the spirit to do it, and no doubt the strength, but he has a big heart too and it stops him being too rough sometimes,' Brookchick answered.
