DeltaFlight was about to answer, when something cut her off. It was a sharp sound. She paused, and so did Brookchick, letting go of Brookkit. There was silence. Delta started to feel uneasy.

Brookkit eyed the bush with curiosity. "Is there someone under there?" Delta put her wings in front of the kits as a large shadow loomed over the group. "Hello, again. I believe I haven't visited... in a while."

He scratched his chin some more. "Tomorrow, I shall. You seem to look a bit sleepy and unattentive as of now." He faded into the shadows.
