yes they both are sliders one the smaller one is an up/down and the big one side to side slide. i am sure i will have to secure them with predator wire because if i were to leave them open at night in the summer for a breeze the screens are easy access. In the 10 years I have lived here i have never seen a raccoon but I'm sure they are around. I will probably put the wire on the outside and just clean the windows often from the inside.

I would do away with a that bottom floor seal where ever the opening of the door is that way you can scrap sweep spray out you coop with out it flooding in there lol!! are like I did for cleaning made a drain hole...
