Now to the Gender confusion I have a number of cochins this Girl? is even bigger then the roo that I have has never crowed always thought it was a girl till today checked feathers boy sickle feathers in front of tail, comb much larger then my hens combs, but smaller then my roo and about the same size comb as my cockerel, has never crowed. Checked back end because I have 2 cochins that are laying in my flock pen, only 2 with very red combs so I checked it and has the WET look. Also she has a very nice cape similair to my males.

The hens look like some kind of game, Black Giant, Partridge Wyandotte, and the last one is a rooster, looks like a Cochin.
Definitely a rooster, not maybe, not looks like. it is a rooster.

Only thing is has never crowed and I think that it has been laying? The roos mount it and I have never seen it even try to mount anything. It is a cochin part of my flock, moved ? in to my breeder pen yesterday and no trouble with the roo fighting wise is this normal?

haha! I have a gender confused cochin too! I swear he's a roo but he keeps squatting and hanging out in the nest boxes... and my other roo's mount him too! Maybe they are just an effeminate breed?

It just the NEVER has crowed and the back end exam and has no roo personality traits at all.
