Nice article! I gave some eggs from my EEs to a friend who gave them to his granddaughters. They examined the aqua colored eggs and ended up rubbing their cheeks on them to see how they felt. They fully appreciated their perfection.

And it validated me!
Just the other day I was watching a cooking show where the chef stated that a bloodspot meant the egg was fertilized.
I had to stop myself calling in to tell them that was WRONG!
