Yes thank you i figured i had a roo and two hens there. im just hoping i dont have three silkie roos lol.

The most important clue to an individual chicken's overall health is behavior. As long as the chicks are active, bright-eyed (as opposed to droopy-eyed and standing around not moving much), pooping firm poops with occasional evil smelling (entirely normal) cecal poops (looks like chocolate pudding), and maintaining full crops, you've got yourself some healthy chicks.

Yup! Looks like cecal. Bet it stinks. Cecal looks like butterscotch pudding sometimes.
