A few of my 5 week old chicks have bald spot by ear

Tried looking the cause of this up and couldnt really find anything. Is this just a result of losing baby fluff and growing feathers? What should I do??

Not home at the moment but I will take some later. The bald spot is about the size of a pencil eraser.
