A few questions about broody seclusion

We are on day 19. I have only seen my broody voluntarily leave the nest maybe 3 times. I have been making her leave once a day to eat drink, stretch and poop.
Now here is the issue. I know the whole thing about lockdown and don't want to make her leave if she shouldn't be, but I have to keep her nest locked up. One of my new layers, wants to lay eggs in her nest with her.
The dog crate is not really big enough for room to poop, but I can fit a small feeder and waterer in there.
Should I stick food and water in there and just leave her be or should I continue moving her off once a day?
