(I just watched one of Ginja's UNFINISHED AMVs from when she was 13/14 and I'm like, "Okay, so what am I doing with my life right now...")
(XD I find myself doing that so much!!!)

~Dark Storm barked a wry chuckle after her. "Go, assert all the dominance you want, imbecile. I have power and you have nothing except fleas." Turning back to his den, he stalked in and pressed his face against the barnacles, feeling his own blood pooling on his muzzle and tasting the delicious droplets with maniacal satisfaction. "You're lucky I don't banish you, idiot dog." He threw his head back in a malevolent howl from within the bramble-cave. "And she never got the defense patrol she wanted, did she?"~
(This is way to much fun.Dark Storm and Star *chuckles madly* They are eatch others worst nightmares)
Star lept down, satisfied. She sniffed the air, and hardly smelled River Pack,"Maybe it was a Rouge that passed through River Pack territory?"She woofed,"No, that was no rouge,"Fear pulsed through her,"THAT Was Midnight, ther Alpha,"
~Midnight let her low growl resound around the edges of Storm Pack territory, summoning Apple, Leopard, and Cephus back to her. It had been a few hundred heartbeats and much longer was getting risky for being caught by a Storm Pack patrol.~
~Apple broke cover from a bracken bush and darted back toward the border. "Come on, Cephus! Alpha's calling!" Her eyes flickered over to a flash of white behind her, but it disappeared as quickly as it had appeared. And Storm Pack could already be on to us.~
(XD so let's finish up with the survey patrol and maybe timeskip to midnight, just before all of the pups are sent off?)

~Midnight dipped her head to Cephus and Apple as they appeared and leapt back into River Pack territory. She silently whirled on her massive paws and stalked back into the safe heart of River Pack territory before verbally acknowledging any of them. "Cephus, Apple," she murmured finally as they neared camp, "any sign of their camp whatsoever? Leopard, did you see anything from the border?"~

Leopard steps forward coolly "I believe I may have located it, it's pretty deep into their territory but I caught the scent of a ton of canines and there was a lot more brambles around then there would naturally be but I didn't get to close because I didn't wish to get caught" Leopard explains what she saw swiftly and stood still as she waited for her Alpha's reply
~"Good," Midnight murmured, her ears twitching in thought, devising how they would penetrate the aforementioned brambles, "very good, Leopard. Thank you." Her muzzle twitched into a smirk. "If we bring enough dpgs, as I plan to, we should easily be able to barge through in the initial attack. Apparently, my former method of stealth is going to be applicable, but this is much better than blundering blindly through impenetrable woodlands. Good work."~

Leopard seemed to beam with pride for being the first dog who may have actually found the Storm pack camp. She frowned slightly as she remembered the wicked looking brambles "Alpha do you think we can come up with a way to lure Storm pack out of their camp, it seems far to dangerous and unwise to jump head first into unknown enemy territory" Leopard asks, her voiced filled with concern at the thought of how unprepared they might be.
~"Lure them out, eh?" Midnight frowned, irked that she hadn't considered this herself. She put of a facade of forgotten wisdom and began contemplating this. "Maybe something that forces them out of their camp..." She cocked her head, the idea appealing. "Couldn't be fire, couldn't be some sort of predator because we ARE the predators around here-
Wait."
Midnight's entire silver pelt seemed to glow against the rising moon's cold brilliance as the patrol finally returned to camp. "Is that massive deer herd still around somewhere, Leopard?"~
