A late hatch

Unfortunately there's not a whole lot you can do. If they were set on the 25th then today is day 21. If temps dropped to 85-90 for any length of time, that will delay things. And without any way to measure humidity, the only thing you can do is go by the air cells. I would definitely give them a couple more days.

It's possible, but without even temps you could just be seeing a delay.

Well I plan to keep them in until at least Monday just to be sure. Thanks for the info!

This is my first time hatching and I need advice. I made the mistake of starting lockdown on day 17. Today is day 19 and the air cells are still normal. Have I made a large mistake?

well I have a hole in one egg with a seemingly healthy baby and chirping in another egg!
The one with the hole has the membrane stuck on him so I soaked a paper towel and draped over his shell leaving the breathing hole clear. Is there anything else I can or should do?

I am in no way saying this is what you should do but just trying to give you a little reassurance... I had an egg hatch a few years ago who had a very dry membrane because I didn't know any better and thought it was normal. That chick hatched in about 4 hours. He was perfectly fine other than him being weak from the start which led to him never eating even when I forced food into him. That egg hatched without an incubator

Shoulda good to me! Give her/him a day or two and they'll be fine hopefully. If they don't act peppy by then you might want to try forcing some electrolytes down
