I enjoyed your intro. Very creative and now it feels like we know you a little bit. I am kinda new here too. I grew up in a rural area and when I was a kid (a long time ago),we also had chickens. I don't remember all the fancy breeds either, ours were always white. I know we ate them. Oops.....should I say that?

Anyway, I don't remember them in the moulten stage. But mine do, I have Rhode Island Reds. I found Feather Fixer at Tractor Suppl and that stuff is real good for my hens. They are back to laying in about one day and the feathers are coming back fast. Anyway.......Glad you are here.
