If the other three are Wellsummers then they should have a dark line through the eye and a dark triangle on their head to be pullets. If they lack dark markings in these two places they might be cockerels. I have GLWs as well but have not learned to sex them yet, I am waiting on those just like you. Welcome home to BYC...
