a lot of broken feathers and skin showing help

I saved a frizzle from a local auction she has a lot of broken feathers and suck how do I help her? She seems so fragile and brittle in my hands ....right now I have her in with a silky so she don't get picked on but has company

Maybe some electrolytes in the water? Murray McMurray sells something called Quik Chik that I use when I order from them. Maybe a little Karo syrup in the water instead? I wonder is Pedialyte would work? Maybe someone else will chime in on that one! Give her some scrambled eggs to build up her strength. Yogurt is also very good, it has probiotics to give her something good in her system. Good luck with her!!
